Full time

You run the spit and the meat prep through the whole shift. We're looking for someone who keeps the pace during the rush and treats hygiene as a given.

What you'll do

Preparing and running the spit through the shift
Carving the meat and keeping portions to spec
Keeping to HACCP standards and temperature logs
Receiving deliveries and checking use-by dates

Counter staff

Full or part time

You are the first contact with the guest: taking orders, assembling the wrap and handling payment. Being good with people matters more than experience.

Taking orders in person and via the Wolt/Glovo tablets
Assembling gyros to spec
Working the till, cash and cards
Keeping the counter and the room clean

You hold the shift together: the rota, ordering stock, the till and whatever the rush throws at you. Hospitality experience is a plus.
